Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact, managing reception duties and visitor handling.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, calls, enquiries, and frontdesk operations.
  • Support daily office administration, including mail, courier handling, and supplies management.
  • Assist in documentation tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Provide operational support for staff logistics, scheduling, and basic coordination tasks.
  • Help organise company events, training sessions, and internal activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth office and facility operations.
  • Perform adhoc administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
