This is a unique opportunity to work on high-performance, distributed systems that monitor and safeguard global trading activity across multiple asset classes.

Their system processes millions of orders dailyaggregating risk metrics, blocking trades in real-time, and ensuring compliance with regulatory controls. As part of our expanding team, youll play a vital role in delivering global solutions while tailoring controls to the Asian markets and building relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

What Youll Do

• Partner with business users to design and implement trading controls that protect the firm and meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop high-throughput, low-latency software to prevent errors across millions of trades each day.
• Take full ownership of your workfrom implementation and test automation to deployment and third-level operational support.
• Contribute to both global control initiatives and Asia-specific market solutions.

What Theyre Looking For

• 6+ years of strong Java server-side development on Unix/Linux.
• Hands-on experience with front-office trading systems and low-latency/high-throughput applications.
• Strong market knowledge across equities, fixed income, and/or other asset classes.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and navigate complex interpersonal situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
