About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Front Office Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in guest services and hotel operations, providing valuable exposure to the daily functions of a front office department in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support in managing reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist in lobby management, guest engagement, and promoting hotel services.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery.
