Job Description

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations and rooms enquiries, must have an intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests needs
  • Take ownership of guests issues or problems and take action to resolve problems immediately
  • Recognise and resolve problems by seeking, examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine cause and develop solutions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
  • Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
  • Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts
  • Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is an advantage
