We are partnering with a leading front office equities platform investing heavily in AI-enabled trading capabilities. This is a high-impact, desk-facing role sitting directly alongside traders, execution teams, and revenue generators.

This is not a back-office transformation project.

This is front office. Revenue-linked. Commercially critical.

You will work within a strong equities FO Team, owning product and workflow optimisation across execution channels. The focus is improving trader efficiency, execution quality, and monetisation through smarter technology and tighter workflow design.

You'll be the bridge between trading and technology translating real desk pain points into clear, deliverable product requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner directly with equities traders (DMA, high-touch, algo, program)
• Own and enhance front office trading workflows
• Deep dive into order lifecycle and execution flows
• Translate trader feedback into structured product requirements
• Work closely with tech on OMS/EMS enhancements and integrations
• Improve FIX connectivity, routing logic, and execution intelligence
• Contribute to AI-enabled trading initiatives and automation projects
• Drive measurable improvements in execution performance and revenue outcomes

What We're Looking For

You must understand equities trading at a granular level.

• Deep knowledge of equities trading workflows:
• DMA
• High-touch execution
• Algorithmic trading
• Program trading
• Strong understanding of:
• Order lifecycle
• Market structure
• OMS / EMS architecture
• FIX protocol
• Experience working in a desk-facing environment
• Ability to translate trader language into clear, structured product documentation
• Commercial mindset you think in terms of revenue, adoption, and performance, not just process
• Strong stakeholder management skills with front office credibility

Salary: $240,000 $300,000 + Bonus
