Responsibilities
- Design and develop low-latency, high-performance backend systems using C# / .NET for trading applications.
- Build and enhance real-time front-end interfaces using React (TypeScript) for trader workflows.
- Develop and optimize high-performance SQL Server queries to handle large-scale, time-sensitive data.
- Deliver full-stack features across electronic trading / front-office platforms.
- Design and integrate low-latency RESTful APIs for market data and order flow
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance across UI, backend, and database layers
- Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineering teams to deliver time-critical solutions
- Contribute to system design and architecture with a focus on scalability, throughput, and latency reduction
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience building low-latency systems using C# / .NET (multithreading, async processing)
- Solid front-end development experience with React (TypeScript) for real-time applications
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including performance tuning for high-throughput systems
- Experience designing and consuming high-performance REST APIs
- Understanding of electronic trading systems / market data / order management workflows
- Strong debugging skills in performance-critical, distributed systems
- Experience working on real-time or event-driven architectures
- Ability to work in front-office, fast-paced trading environments
