They are currently seeking a professional and service-oriented Front of House Service Staff to join their hospitality team and support daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards

• Provide attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience

• Assist guests with menu explanations and recommendations when required

• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and during service

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally

• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service etiquette

• Willingness to work lunch and dinner shifts
