Role overview:

We are looking for a front-of-house team member with strong hospitality to support evening dine-in service in a structured and experience-focused environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, confident communication, and the ability to deliver a calm, composed, and attentive service presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Present and explain desserts/menu with clarity and confidence

  • Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.

  • Guide guests through the menu where required

  • Take orders accurately while maintaining a composed service style

  • Clear tables efficiently and discreetly after each course

  • Reset tables to required presentation standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining space at all times

  • Open and pour wine correctly and confidently

  • Ensure proper handling and presentation of wine service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of wine tools and service areas

  • Work closely with chefs to support timing and flow of service

  • Ensure tables are prepared and ready for each course

  • Be observant when passing by guest tables, check if they require service and checking on their satisfaction.

  • Guide new team members / part timers/ casual labours

Requirements

  • Singaporean/ PR

  • Prior F&B experience preferred (structured service environment is a plus)

  • Comfortable speaking to guests and explaining menu items

  • Basic wine handling knowledge (training can be provided)

  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
