Front Of House

The Front of House Executive acts as the face of the business, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth café operations, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. This role handles customer orders, product knowledge, cashiering, store upkeep, and support for café operations.

1. Assist customers with menu recommendations and product knowledge

2. Ensure accurate order entry and preparation follow-through
3. Maintain cleanliness of café dining area, counters, and service stations
4. Uphold brand presentation standards (products, store ambience)
5. Support inventory control (stock check, replenishment, waste reporting)
