Job Description & Requirements
- Process customers remittance orders at front desk
- Chinese language (written and spoken) proficiency is essential as our customers are mainly Chinese speaking. Basic English language proficiency is also required.
- Computer literate
- As our business involves exchange of difference currencies, being good at calculation is essential
- Able to work on shifts/flexible working hours
- Able to handle customer relation professionally
- Familiarity with AML/CFT law and regulations is an added advantage
