Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or location
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to ensure effective communication flow
- Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and book appointments to support team scheduling
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems for easy information retrieval
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries to maintain timely correspondence
- Restock office supplies and maintain tidy shared work areas to support a productive environment
- Assist staff and management with daily operational tasks to facilitate smooth workflow
- Process basic financial transactions such as payments or claims according to company procedures
- Address basic client and guest concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships
Key Requirements & Skills:
- O-level education or higher
- Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms to support effective interactions
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Use general computer applications confidently to complete daily administrative duties
- Demonstrate patience and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude to represent the company well
