Job Summary
Support BrainFit's weekend operations by managing enquiries, processing registrations and payments, maintaining online records, and creating a welcoming environment for parents and students.
Responsibilities
- Learn BrainFit's programmes and processes to provide accurate information to parents and students
- Respond promptly and clearly to programme enquiries via walk-in, phone, and online channels to assist parents and students
- Process student registrations and payments accurately to ensure smooth enrolment and financial tracking
- Operate and update Scheduling, Invoicing, and other online systems to maintain organized and current records
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front desk and common areas to create a positive environment for visitors
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum A levels or Diploma in any field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in customer service, especially within the education industry
- Communicate effectively with parents and students to support their needs
- Maintain a positive outlook and pleasant disposition when interacting with customers
