Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly and professional guidance.

Handle booking and scheduling via the clinic system.
WhatsApp / / Email
Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp/WeChat/Email inquiries.
Manage registration, payment, invoicing and other front-desk admin tasks.
,
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. When got time also helps to maintain shop cleanliness.
,
Coordinate with therapists and the team to ensure smooth client flow.

Assist with basic data entry, stock recording or content uploading when needed.
Requirements:
Detail-oriented, patient and customer-service minded.

Good communication skills with a friendly attitude.

Basic English communication Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
, Excel
Proficient in basic computer tasks (Excel, booking systems, social media).
Experience in receptionist, customer service ,admin roles & Sales experience is a plus.
Interest in wellness, TCM or healthcare industry is an advantage.
Willingness to work on weekends is preferred.
