Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, and meeting arrangements.
Handle front desk tasks such as calls, emails, and visitor access.
Book meeting rooms and arrange hospitality services.
Work with internal teams to support executives and guests.
Keep reception and guest areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is a plus.
Prior experience with VIP or premium guests preferred.
Presentable, confident, and service-oriented.
Able to multitask and work well in a busy environment.
