Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, respond to general enquiries, and accurately take or relay messages.
- Welcome customers, manage check-ins, and announce their arrival to relevant staff.
- Register visitors and guide them to the appropriate destinations.
- Manage incoming mail, parcels, and petty cash for the front desk.
- Maintain and organise hardcopy filing for monthly front desk reports.
- Coordinate with chauffeurs for customer pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Summarise and verify retail transaction settlements for accounting purposes.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the customer reception area.
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
