Job Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in parents and customers.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Assist with student registration and course enquiries.
Prepare invoices, collect payments, and handle petty cash.
Support teachers with materials, attendance, and class dismissal.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline (Fresh graduates welcome).
Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience is an advantage.
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers).
Must have patience and responsibilities.
Friendly, organized and a good team player.
Basic computer skills (MS office).
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 11:00AM to 9:00PM
Weekends: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
5-day work week on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
