  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Handle visitor registration and follow safety check-in procedures.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and meeting room arrangements.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and documents.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, HR, and admin teams as needed.

Job Requirements

  • O level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 12 years of front desk or admin experience.
  • Good communication skills and professional customer service attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
