  • Screen, transfer, and direct calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.

  • Attend to visitors and guests professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Manage incoming calls, screen and transfer calls, and take messages when necessary.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

  • Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas in a neat and presentable condition.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for guests when required.

  • Manage visitor registration and office security procedures.

  • Monitor and respond to general company email enquiries and direct them to the relevant department when required.

  • Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.

  • Support Accounts or other admin functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in operating a multi-line telephone switchboard.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good communication and phone etiquette
