Job Description
Screen, transfer, and direct calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
Attend to visitors and guests professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming calls, screen and transfer calls, and take messages when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas in a neat and presentable condition.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for guests when required.
Manage visitor registration and office security procedures.
Monitor and respond to general company email enquiries and direct them to the relevant department when required.
Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
Support Accounts or other admin functions as assigned.
Requirements
Experience in operating a multi-line telephone switchboard.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and phone etiquette
