This role supports front counter operations, packing, cashiering, delivery orders and customer handover.

Job Scope

. Assist with front counteroperations.

. Prepare and pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.

. Support order stickers, packing, drinks, cashiering, and order handover.

. Handle delivery orders, rider handover, and delivery platform updates when required.

. Check and manage outlet stock, including topping up, ordering, receiving, and proper storage when required.

. Maintain cleanliness at the counter and customer-facing areas.

. Support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.

. Follow Paperbakes SOP and service standards.

Requirements

. No experience required training provided.

. Friendly and willing to serve customers at the counter.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

. Able to follow SOP and instructions.

. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
