We are hiring enthusiastic IT fresh graduates to support technology and digital initiatives for our client in Singapore. This role provides hands-on exposure to systems, applications, infrastructure, and IT operations, offering an excellent platform to build a long-term career in financial technology and enterprise IT.
Provide L1/L2 application or system support for banking platforms and internal applications
Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
Assist in software development, testing, deployment, or maintenance (based on project assignment)
Support batch jobs, system upgrades, patches, and releases
Work with databases to perform basic queries, checks, and validation
Ensure compliance with security, risk, and audit standards
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and internal IT teams
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals
