Duties and Responsibilities
Service matters:
- Liaising directly or indirectly with external customers in Singapore or other countries for any service/ technical related matters.
- Account Management directly or indirectly be it technical or support related matters.
- Respond to customer sites when require.

Operations matters
- Inventory control such as controlling the movements of the spare parts in the store and monthly stock-taking of part etc.
- Issue Service order / Service report / Quotation to either appointed agent or customers.
- Prepare and update all service reports to be submitted weekly for any service tasks or response carried out.
- Liaising with external vendors, customers and Headquarter on any related issues and enquires.
- Impart machine/ service knowledge to peers so as to build up the service capability.
- Conduct demo/ trainings for customers / peers as and when require.
- Able to provide service support overseas as require.
- All other related work as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in mechanical/mechatronics or related engineering
• No experience can apply as training provided
