Job Responsibilities
- Provide freight forwarding and supply chain services (sea, air, cross-border transportation, warehousing, customs & trade compliance).
- Retain, build, and expand both existing and new business within the networks.
- Manage sales and business development activities for Singapore and Malaysia markets.
- Maintain and grow key accounts under Singapore and Malaysia.
- Contribute to setting regional sales budgets and develop competencies to meet revenue, gross profit, and volume targets.
- Lead acquisition of Network Accounts (large target customers) through solution-based approaches and stakeholder engagement.
- Participate in tender processes (RFQ / RFP) to maximize winning opportunities.
- Initiate and support sales models such as trade lane focus, air-freight and sea-freight consolidation, and regional distribution center programs.
- Provide commercial leadership by enhancing sales processes, identifying competencies for vertical markets, and supporting product training programs.
- Strengthen brand presence through active participation in supply chain events and industry associations.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year in a freight forwarding firm.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
