Your Tasks
You will be guided by our mentors and learn how to...
- Attend to RFQ and providing Quotation to BWS Office / Agents with regards to Air/Sea Export & Import In-Gauge Enquiries
- Coordinating with Suppliers, Shippers, BWS Office / Agents, with regards to shipment queries
- Checking with Suppliers to prepare quotation for BWS Office / Agents and/or Customers.
- Operational handling of Air & Sea Import and Export Shipments
- Communicating with Suppliers to execute shipments.
- Invoicing to customers and/or BWS Office / Agents for the respective shipments
- Inputting shipment information into Carlo
- Cost Reservation & Billing via Carlo
- Any other tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior
Your Background
- Enthusiasm for logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a drive for accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to learn.
