Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and fulfill their logistics requirements.
  • Manage customer expectations and work with internal teams to deliver an exceptional service experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality.

Freight Coordination & Documentation:

  • Coordinate full-cycle air and sea freight shipments, including booking, space allocation, and transport arrangements.
  • Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and shipping lines to secure cargo space and plan shipment schedules.
  • Prepare and process import/export documentation, including permits, customs clearance, bills of lading, and airway bills.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for all shipments.

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Assist with cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
  • Perform general operational administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry compliance standards.
