Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and fulfill their logistics requirements.
- Manage customer expectations and work with internal teams to deliver an exceptional service experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality.
Freight Coordination & Documentation:
- Coordinate full-cycle air and sea freight shipments, including booking, space allocation, and transport arrangements.
- Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and shipping lines to secure cargo space and plan shipment schedules.
- Prepare and process import/export documentation, including permits, customs clearance, bills of lading, and airway bills.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for all shipments.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Assist with cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
- Perform general operational administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry compliance standards.
