Roles & Responsibilities^:
- This is a Contract for Service/Partnership Opportunity. We are seeking a Co-Founder/Independent Collaborator, not an employee..
- Generating leads & headhunting talent and clients to provide research market surveying through consultations
- Exploring alternative methodologies to existing systems and processes for research, development and experimentation
- Analysing data structures and databases for identifying problem situations and opportunities for growth
- Managing compliance to governmental regulations and policies defined in the cultural prominent sectors (Human Resource, Heritage, Public Administration, Government, Youth Culture & Arts, Engineering & Built Environment, Religious Groups & Financial Services)
- Produce & curate independent research and reports towards production of new technologies, services, products, business ventures or movement campaigns
- Promote and communicate with external stakeholders to deliver impactful content and engagement
- Maintain existing services and technical softwares
- Identify risks and limitations in research plan
- Documenting archives and information through report writing, ethnographical journalism and research
Requirements:
- Tier 1: O-Level, A-Level school graduates
- Tier 2: Polytechnic/ITE Diploma graduates, Full Time NSF, NSmen not more than 3 years from their Operationally Ready Date (ORD) or polytechnic/ITE graduation
- Tier 3: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in supportive, technical, administrative or operational roles & those enrolled in an undergraduate degree or have freshly graduated
- Tier 4: 3 or more years of relevant work experience in leadership, managerial or supervisory roles & those enrolled in a graduate degree or are a postgraduate (Masters/PhD)
