This role combines consultative selling, client education, and wellness coaching.
You will guide clients from the first enquiry to full program completion, ensuring they experience visible results and feel fully supported throughout their transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Sales
Conduct in-person assessments and consultations.
Explain our proprietary wellness program.
Present program benefits, pricing packages, and customised solutions.
Convert leads from marketing campaigns, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Assist clients during registration, body composition scan, and initial consultation.
Explain allowed foods, recipe guidance, and structure of each phase.
Demonstrate usage of our technology.
Provide pre-program preparation instructions.
Monitor client progress weekly (weight, symptoms, questions).
Encourage compliance through messaging, follow-up calls, or check-ins.
Provide basic lifestyle, hydration, digestion, and detox support.
Escalate complex cases to management.
Promote bio resonance sessions,
Introduce optional top-up packages (body sculpting, and facial firming).
Recommend maintenance and repeat program when suitable.
Maintain accurate client records, progress logs, and purchase history.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Natural ability to build trust and rapport
Passion for wellness, health, and weight management
Sales-driven with high motivation and target-oriented mindset
Ability to explain health concepts in simple, friendly terms
Basic knowledge of health and wellness or willingness to learn
Organised, reliable, and proactive in follow-up
Experience in wellness is preferred
Training in customer service is a plus
