Requirements
- Proven experience editing videos for YouTube or similar platforms
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Ability to incorporate b-roll, graphics, and reference examples into edits
- Familiarity with optimizing videos for online platforms (YouTube, websites)
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Availability for ongoing, long-term collaboration
- Portfolio or examples of previous video editing work required
