Freelance TikTok Content Creator (Filming + Editing)

We are looking for a Freelance TikTok Content Creator who can both film and edit short-form content for social media.

This role requires someone who understands TikTok storytelling, is confident operating professional cameras, and can execute creative direction while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Scope of Work

Filming

Film short-form vertical content for TikTok / Reels

Operate professional camera equipment (e.g. DJI, Insta360, or similar)

Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio capture

Execute creative briefs and shot lists provided

Editing

Edit footage into engaging 15-60 second TikTok videos

Follow brand and artistic direction closely

Add captions, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and music

Optimise pacing and hooks for retention

Submit revisions where required

Requirements

Experience creating content specifically for TikTok

Proficient in filming with professional cameras (DJI, Insta360, or equivalent)

Strong understanding of vertical framing and short-form storytelling

Skilled in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

Able to follow creative direction while maintaining high production standards

Responsible, punctual, and able to meet deadlines

Bonus if you:

Stay updated on TikTok trends

Are comfortable directing talent on-site

Can suggest content ideas aligned with brand goals

Payment Structure

Filming: Paid hourly (rate to be discussed based on experience)

Editing: Paid per project (rate varies depending on scope and duration)

Details will be discussed and agreed upon before each project.
