Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, social-first photo & video content across campaigns, events, and always-on needs
• Plan, shoot, and edit content end-to-end
• Capture on-site content using smartphones, mirrorless cameras, and lightweight setups
• Direct on-camera talent and shape engaging performances
• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and platform relevance
• Storyboard content (interviews, B-roll, sequences) for effective storytelling
• Collaborate closely with Art Director and cross-functional teams for execution
• Use tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, AI tools) to enhance workflow and output quality
• Hybrid remote and able to commit for at least 3 months
