We are looking for experienced and self-driven Recruiters to join our network. You will operate with full autonomy as an independent consultant while leveraging our agency's infrastructure, job portals, and EA license. Focus on closing roles and maximizing your earnings with our high-tier commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job briefs and provide regular updates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Utilize provided platforms (JobStreet, etc.) and personal networks to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Conduct rigorous screening to ensure candidates meet client requirements and cultural fit.
- Ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to MOM regulations (Fair Consideration Framework) and PDPA data privacy standards.
Requirements:
- Certification - Must possess a valid CEI (Basic) certification.
- Proven track record in recruitment (Agency or In-house) experience in 360-recruitment is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Highly self-disciplined, result-oriented, and able to work independently without supervision.
