Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Freelance Marketing Executive to support our day-to-day marketing activities. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating content, engaging with customers, and assisting with daily marketing operations on a flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the company's daily marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage and update social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
- Create marketing content such as social media posts, short videos, posters, and promotional materials.
- Respond to customer enquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Assist in generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with marketing enquiries and maintain customer engagement.
- Coordinate marketing promotions, events, and advertising activities.
- Monitor social media performance and provide ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.
- Conduct basic market research and keep up with industry trends.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or customer engagement is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Creative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to support daily marketing operations on a flexible schedule.
