Job Summary
We are seeking a self-driven freelance marketer to promote and sell property tools and automation solutions tailored for real estate agents, working independently with flexible hours on a commission basis.
Responsibilities
- Market and promote property tools and automation solutions to real estate agents to increase adoption
- Reach out to real estate agents using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and personal networks to generate leads
- Demonstrate the value of property tools to agents and convert prospects into paying users
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of agent clients to sustain sales growth
- Work independently with self-motivation and discipline to meet sales targets with full flexibility
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong interest in real estate, PropTech, or sales to understand market needs and client challenges
- Existing network of real estate agents or confidence in outbound marketing to expand client base
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, social selling, and direct outreach tools to engage potential clients
- Experience in sales or marketing is a bonus but not required
