Brixx Derma is a beauty-tech and wellness brand offering clinical-grade devices and treatment solutions. We sell primarily through livestream commerce, supported by a growing base of repeat customers across TikTok Shop and Shopee.

As we scale, we are building a brand-owned livestream engine to drive consistent GMV, conversion, and customer trust.

Role Overview

This is a sales and operations ownership role, not a marketing or influencer position.

You will manage and optimise end-to-end livestream sales operations across TikTok Shop and Shopee, including performance tracking, campaign execution, host management, and backend setup. You will also occasionally host livestreams when needed.

This role reports directly to the founder and has clear revenue accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Sales & Performance (TikTok & Shopee)

• Own livestream GMV and conversion performance across TikTok Shop and Shopee

• Plan and manage weekly livestream schedules on brand-owned accounts

• Ensure all livestreams follow structured sales flows, scripts, and offer mechanics

• Monitor real-time performance metrics (viewers, retention, CVR, GMV/hour)

• Optimise livestream formats, pacing, and offers based on data

Host & Team Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage in-house livestream hosts

• Train hosts on scripts, product knowledge, and objection handling

• Maintain consistency in brand tone, selling style, and execution discipline

• Step in as a livestream host when required (coverage, campaigns, launches)

Campaign & Backend Operations

• Set up and manage platform mechanics including:

  • Vouchers and discounts

  • Bundles and GWP mechanics

  • Flash deals and campaign participation

• Coordinate stock readiness and ensure smooth order flow during livestreams

• Troubleshoot live issues in real time across both platforms

Reporting & Optimisation

• Track daily and weekly livestream performance across both platforms

• Prepare clear performance summaries for the founder

• Identify gaps in conversion, offers, host performance, or platform setup

• Propose and execute improvements to increase GMV efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in TikTok Shop and/or Shopee livestream operations

• Strong understanding of livestream sales mechanics and conversion drivers

• Comfortable managing people, schedules, and performance

• Able to host livestreams confidently when needed

• Highly organised, execution-focused, and accountable

• Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions during live sessions

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
