This role involves providing creative visual concepts and presentation graphics for a commercial architectural project featuring two blocks of five-storey suites with a covered courtyard. The project is in the planning and research phase, and the selected designer will play a key part in shaping the visual narrative for client presentations and stakeholder engagement. The work is fully remote and offers the opportunity for follow-up projects based on performance and fit.
Deliverables
- Develop compelling visual concepts and presentation graphics for the architectural project.
- Create high-quality renderings, diagrams, and visual assets to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with the project team to refine and iterate on visual materials.
- Deliver presentation-ready graphics suitable for client and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide digital files in required formats and ensure all assets meet project specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design for architectural or real estate projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual concepts and presentation graphics.
