A Golf Coach who is confident delivering private coaching, on-course tuition, and group sessions within a busy academy environment. The Golf Coach will be joining one of the region's leading coaching environments, working alongside a well-established team with access to strong facilities, technology, and an active student base.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality private coaching sessions to adult and junior golfers
- Conduct on-course coaching and playing lessons
- Deliver group coaching sessions and support academy programmes where required
- Maintain professional coaching and service standards across all sessions
- Use coaching technology including video analysis and launch monitor data where appropriate
- Build and retain a consistent student base through strong coaching delivery and communication
- Work collaboratively with the academy team and wider coaching staff
Requirements
- PGA Professional or equivalent recognized coaching qualification
- Experience working within a structured academy or coaching environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and organized approach to coaching
- Comfortable delivering individual, group, and on-course coaching sessions
- Availability across 6 days per week, including evenings and weekends
- Minimum availability of 40 open coaching hours per week
