The Role:We are expanding our network and seeking entrepreneurial, independent Freelance Executive Search Consultants. In this role, you will operate as a trusted talent advisor, driving end-to-end recruitment solutions and facilitating high-impact career moves within your specialized sectors across the Asia-Pacific region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source candidates and creatively engage passive candidates through various channels.

• Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing to ensure high-quality matches for client requirements.

• Market Intelligence: Execute comprehensive talent mapping and market research to build robust pipelines in niche sectors.

• Client Acquisition Strategy: Identify target companies and perform in-depth business development research to drive new client partnerships.

• Industry Insights: Monitor and analyze hiring trends to provide strategic insights, anticipate market movements, and advise both clients and talents.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in recruitment, executive search, or high-level B2B sales/business development.

• Strong ability to work independently, manage your own desk, and consistently meet personal billing targets.

• Exceptional networking skills with a natural flair for engaging passive talents and C-level executives.

• CEI basic is a must.

• Resourceful, self-motivated, and possessing a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
