Our client is a boutique experiential agency (that&aposs part of a global network) that creates experiences for a list of impressive and well-known brands across APAC.
What you&aposll be doing:
- Representing the agency with clients, partners and suppliers
- Daily client servicing and management of projects, including event execution and reporting, developing proposals and presentations
- You&aposll also assist with ad-hoc tasks like equipment sourcing and purchasing, 3rd party suppler sourcing and management
- Financial management - budget creation, tracking and reconciliation
- Supporting the wider team with pitches and proposals
- Travelling to countries within SEA around once a quarter
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience working in events at an agency
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to run an event project from start to finish
- Ability to travel around SEA (once a quarter)
