Freelance Drama Teacher

Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Flexible Teaching Deployment

• Conduct drama programmes for a diverse range of age groups from 18 months to 15 years.

• Assignments may include either or both of the following, based on schedule and suitability:

  • External programmes in Preschools, Primary, and Secondary schools.

  • Weekend classes on-site at ACT 3 Drama Academy.

2. Curriculum Delivery

• Deliver lessons strictly according to the syllabus, lesson plans and teaching methods prescribed by ACT 3 Drama Academy.

• Use only the teaching materials and aids approved by the Academy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• Existing Drama Pedagogy: Candidates must possess a foundation in drama teaching skills. We are looking for practitioners who understand the basics of drama education you will then be trained specifically on the ACT 3 Drama Academy methodology.

• Classroom Management: Proven ability to manage a class effectively, maintaining discipline and order while keeping the energy positive.

• Engagement: The ability to engage children. You must genuinely enjoy working with children of various ages.
