Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within recruitment and HR consultancy.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Tailor HR solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction.
Recruitment Management
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
- Match candidates to clients effectively, ensuring both parties needs are met.
- Offer guidance to candidates, supporting them throughout the hiring journey.
Marketing & Outreach
- Execute marketing initiatives through telemarketing, social media, email campaigns, and in-person networking.
- Represent the company at industry events to build our network and enhance brand visibility.
Administrative Support
- Maintain detailed records of client and candidate interactions.
- Assist with various tasks to support business growth and operational needs.
Who We're Looking For
- Education: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification: CEI Certification is required to comply with Singapore's Employment Agency regulations.
- Experience: Experience in recruitment, HR consultancy, or business development is an advantage.
- Skills & Qualities: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
Networking skills to build and sustain professional relationships.
