At M.A BALLET, we are looking for an experienced Ballet Teacher who values artistry, precision, and thoughtful teaching. We welcome someone who takes pride in proper technique, can guide students with patience, and delivers clear, detailed instruction for Absolute Beginner to Beg - Intermediate level.

This role is especially suited for those who enjoy working with adult students in a focused and respectful learning environment, where quality and depth of training are prioritised.

We offer a flexible weekday schedule (morning), to be discussed, allowing you to structure your time in a way that supports both your teaching and your lifestyle.

Job Type: Freelance Ballet Teacher

Responsibilities:

- Prepare engaging and well-structured class materials

- Teach adult students across all levels (Currently open for weekday mornings to early afternoons)

- Demonstrate strong technique with clear and precise explanations

- Adapt teaching to suit different levels with appropriate pacing

- Support and mentor junior teachers when needed

- Participate in school events and performances (optional)

- Maintain a professional and refined presence at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year of teaching experience

- RAD / CSTD Advanced Certificate, Dance Diploma or Degree (if any)

- Teaching certification is an advantage (if any)

- Strong communication skills and a self-driven mindset
