Fraud/Risk Program Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Consultant to lead strategic fraud,risk, and payments transformation initiatives across APAC. This role combines program leadership, stakeholder management, risk governance, and technology implementation, partnering with senior leaders across business, risk,operations, and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country transformation programs across payments, fraud, and risk domains.
• Drive governance, project planning, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support implementation of Card Authorization Target Operating Models and fraud technology initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across APAC markets, ensuring delivery milestones and business objectives are met.
• Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing communications, escalations, and delivery oversight.
• Establish scalable governance frameworks and best practices for ongoing transformation programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Risk, Fraud, Financial Crime, Payments, Banking, or Consulting.
• Strong understanding of fraud risk, credit risk, portfolio management, AML, authorization strategy, or financial crime frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation or regulatory initiatives across multiple markets.
• Experience engaging senior executives and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and risk insights into business outcomes.
• Exposure to fraud platforms, data analytics, AI/ML solutions, or risk technology implementations is highly desirable.
• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications are advantageous.
