Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchisee with Homeground Gym Pte Ltd. As a Franchisee, you will handle the daily operations of your gym location, ensure excellent customer service, and build strong relationships with members and staff. Responsibilities include managing business operations, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining gym facilities, and overseeing the delivery of personal training services. You will also participate in developing partnerships and ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld. While the role is based in Singapore, some remote work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management, operations, or franchise management
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer relationship management
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with an understanding of gym operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a larger organization
• Experience in a fitness-related industry or managing a gym is a plus
• Degree or certification in business, management, fitness, or a related field is advantageous
