Franchise Executive

Job Scope :

Manage and support franchise outlets to ensure smooth daily operations and brand compliance.

Recruit, onboard, and assist new franchise partners.

Monitor franchise performance and work with franchisees to improve sales and profitability.

Provide operational, sales, and marketing support to franchisees.

Conduct outlet visits, audits, and basic training when required.

Maintain good relationships with franchise partners and handle operational issues.

Coordinate franchise agreements, renewals, and related documentation.

Prepare simple reports and updates on franchise performance for management.

Requirements:

Experience in franchise management, retail, or business development preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple franchise outlets.
