ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company's strategic marketing efforts, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate growth across healthcare and digital health markets.

This is not a traditional marketing execution role. We are looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who understands how healthcare organizations evaluate solutions, how clinical and institutional adoption is influenced, and how to position innovative healthcare technologies effectively within complex healthcare ecosystems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's marketing strategy, building brand credibility, developing demand generation initiatives, and creating market awareness among healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and strategic partners across Singapore and the broader region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to support business growth, market expansion, and commercial objectives

• Define and strengthen the company's brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across target healthcare markets

• Lead demand generation initiatives designed to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth among healthcare providers, institutions, and strategic partners

• Develop targeted marketing programs that support market adoption and customer acquisition across key stakeholder groups

• Create and oversee content, thought leadership, and communication strategies that establish the company as a trusted healthcare innovation partner

• Identify opportunities to increase market visibility through industry partnerships, events, professional networks, and strategic collaborations

• Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, product strategy, and growth priorities

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to refine positioning and marketing effectiveness

• Establish marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize investment, reach, and impact

• Support fundraising, partnership development, and strategic growth initiatives through compelling market narratives and positioning

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles within healthcare, medtech, digital health, life sciences, or adjacent sectors

• Strong understanding of healthcare buying journeys, stakeholder engagement, and how adoption decisions are influenced across providers, institutions, and healthcare networks

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth

• Strong expertise in brand strategy, market positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market planning

• Ability to translate complex healthcare solutions into compelling and commercially relevant value propositions

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing investments to business outcomes

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a fractional, advisory, or contract capacity

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience marketing solutions directly to hospitals, healthcare systems, healthcare facilities, or provider networks

• Established network across healthcare providers, hospital groups, healthcare associations, clinical communities, or industry stakeholders within Asia Pacific

• Experience scaling healthcare, medtech, or digital health businesses across multiple markets

• Familiarity with digital care models, connected health technologies, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, or remote patient engagement platforms

• Experience working within startup, scale-up, or innovation-led environments

• Track record of building market credibility and growth through thought leadership, industry partnerships, strategic campaigns, and healthcare ecosystem engagement
