KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE :

Business Partner of Commercial Team to deliver financial commitments to Corporate. Work with other Support Functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Marketing, Shared Services Organization) to ensure operation efficiency and compliance with Abbott policies. Proactive on P&L review and provide recommendations on driving profitability and sustainability of business in APAC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide financial and operational support to ANZ, SEA and India. This includes recommending, developing and implementing improvements to the accounting, reporting and business process.
  • Involve in working with CFS for month end closing activities and processes.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports / analysis to management for APAC.
  • Assist the preparation of LBE quarterly forecasting process ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of supporting schedules and analysis.
  • Assist with loading of LBE within our Financial and Sales Reporting tools ensuring both reconcile.
  • Prepare financial scenario / business valuation analysis at request for management
  • Preparation of Monthly Report to Management, which includes causal analysis of monthly results as compared to Plan, Forecast and Prior Year.
  • Preparation for monthly Expense reporting and coordinate with APHQ team
  • Prepare and assist with Ad-Hoc analysis for management requests or presentations.
  • Work with other functional teams (Supply Chain, CS, CFS, HR and Marketing).

Other Functions And Responsibilities

  • Handle and process customer feedbacks/complaints/product experience in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Australia and Abbott Medical country's policy and requirement
  • Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Australia and Abbott Medical Country Affiliate
  • Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Australia and Abbott Medical Country Affiliate are executed
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS : Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities, required to successfully perform the job. List any certificates and/or registration required.

Graduate in Finance/Accounting with professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) 8 to 10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Reporting and Planning. Experience with SAP, Dodeca and PowerBI will be added advantage Experience in relevant medical device and/or healthcare industry
