We are looking for an FP&A Business Partner to support the annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting cycle over a 6-month contract, partnering across the business to drive cost discipline, statutory compliance and financial performance in the O&G sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting process.
- Analyse business performance, Opex and P&L, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive cost discipline and financial performance.
- Oversee corporate tax and statutory reporting.
- Support government incentives and investment-related initiatives.
- Develop and enhance financial dashboards, analytics and reporting tools.
- Drive automation, process improvements and digitalisation within Finance.
- Support strategic projects that contribute to business growth and long-term value creation.
Requirement:
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally covering FP&A, management reporting or business partnering.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into clear business insights.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
