A leading global investment firm is hiring an FP&A Analyst in APAC to support financial analysis, management reporting, and compensation insights for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and support strategic analysis
- Prepare management dashboards and variance reporting
- Handle compensation analysis and reporting
- Support ad-hoc projects and senior management decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of FP&A experience in financial services
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (Tableau a plus)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
