Adecco is partnering with a European Multinational Co. We are looking for talent with a strong FP&A background to join the team!
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be working closely with the Regional FP&A Manager on end-to-end FP&A responsibilities for the respective business unit.
The Job
- Handle budget & forecast exercise; quarterly and year-end schedules, revenue and business performance analysis.
- Perform data analysis for financial and business strategy planning purposes.
- Manage dashboards and represent the business units to present the figures and business performance results to the FP&A Manager and Head of Finance.
- Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders for relevant financial planning and analysis activities.
- Involvement in new initiatives and drive business process improvement and streamline activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or with relevant certificates (e.g. ACCA)
- Over 5 years of finance experience, including 3+ years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with exposure to the Medical Devices or FMCG industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel and exposure to SAP and Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment and meet the deadline to be given.
