Summary
Our client is a well-established financial services firm with a growing presence across Asia. As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking a Director of FP&A to strengthen financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across the business.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering activities, ensuring the company maintains strong financial discipline while supporting long-term growth. The position reports directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning for the business.
- Provide detailed financial analysis, performance reporting, and variance analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility into business performance.
- Lead and mentor the FP&A team while ensuring strong financial governance, process efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial strategy, ideally within financial services or a related industry.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence strategic business decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
