About The Job.
This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on driving strategic financial insights and acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- You will provide forward-looking financial analysis and strategic guidance to divisional leaders to enhance the understanding of business performance.
- You will oversee the delivery of accurate monthly financial reporting and analyze variances to provide actionable insights to departmental heads.
- You will lead the preparation and risk assessment of monthly forecasts and long-term financial plans in line with global reporting standards.
- You will spearhead initiatives involving cost allocation, pricing strategies, and scenario modeling to evaluate profitability and resource optimization.
- You will manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure a high standard of support for budget holders across the organization.
skills and experience required.
- At least 4 years of working experience. You should have done some analytical work in your roles before, ideally with international stakeholders.
- Proven track record in a business partnering capacity with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through effective financial storytelling. Communication is key in this role.
- Liaised with IT/tech stakeholders before.
- Advanced technical proficiency in budgeting, forecasting.
Company is flexible in working hours (standard working hours is 830AM - 530PM, but there is flexbility), generous days of annual leave, 3 days work in office, 2 days work from home.
